Vice President and GSA-MAS Contract Administrator
Deb, Vice President and GSA-MAS Contract Administrator, joined Reliability Management Group in 2009 from MTG, where she was the Director of Marketing. In her current role Deb has overall responsibility for RMG’s direct marketing, market research and data analysis activities. She is also responsible to overseeing our Federal Government GSA-MAS contracts. Deb’s expertise includes front-end marketing activities, leadership development and data analysis.
Deb’s background in Marketing and leadership roles over the last twenty years has developed her expertise in direct marketing functions, data mining and implementation. Deb’s expertise in metrics and KPI development has been focused on practical application of metrics and how they will be used to enhance human performance.
Deb is a graduate of Hawkeye Community College with a degree in Business Management, University of Northern Iowa where she studied psychology and continues her studies at Central Lakes College. Deb is an active volunteer in the numerous charitable organizations in her home state of Minnesota.
