Charles Morgan, co-owner of Reliability Management Group which was formed in 1986, has been an innovative leader in implementation techniques that drive sustained value and improvement in work practice. During his tenure he has lead organizations through major work process changes, merger integrations, and implementation of computer maintenance management systems.
Charles is an expert in working with organizations on how to capture and maintain low cost high value reliability. He has successfully worked as a staff consultant, implemented CMMS systems, lead training and development sessions and development and utilization of measurements to improve performance.
Charles graduated from St Cloud University with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and holds a Masters degree from Saint Catherine College. He is an active member in the AREGC and SMRP where he has served on the board of directors. Charles is an active volunteer in many organizations in his home state of Minnesota including Mission Gospel and St Joan Of Arc where he is a religious instructor.
