- RMG has established a unique position in the industry

RCFA, etc), but in
having a proven methodology to implement them. RMG has pioneered an implementation process that has
proven to lead to sustainable results.
The process is designed much like completing a major outage or
turnaround on equipment. The difference is the focus is on the
work process. Work is identified (Assessments),
prioritized (Management Expectations), planned
& scheduled (Deliberation) and completed
(Field Work).

RMG provides choices to our customers, the first of which
is doing a detailed Grid Assessment for those who desire an in-depth analysis of their chosen work
process. RMG also provides a quick Fact Finding option for customers
who feel they have been assessed enough, understand their priorities and wish to start work on the
implementation process as soon as they can.
