About RMG Our MissionTo assist our customers in achieving their objectives and goals and earn the reputation of being the "Best Consulting Firm in the World" RMG's focus is implementation. For almost twenty years, RMG has been working to assist organizations in implementing solutions. Many consulting firms can assist industry in assessing the opportunities and developing plans. In other words, they can tell you what you already know. Few, however, assist the customer through the actual hard work of changing their work processes. The catch is that without successful change in the way work is done the proposed opportunities & results are seldom realized. RMG was founded in 1986 to accomplish two objectives. The first objective was to deliver to the customer a quality implementation in each and every engagement. The second objective was to provide a work environment for RMG's consultants that encouraged consulting as a career, not a stepping-stone job. The two objectives served to complement one another as RMG's turnover and re-training requirements are very low. As a result, RMG, with its customers, have been able to build on a strong foundation. In our own journey towards implementation excellence, RMG has been able to continually refine and improve our methods, tools and skills. |
