Management Expectations

Management Expectations may be conducted at a single site or may be more broad based to cover a fleet of sites.    The purpose of the Management Expectations Session is to establish alignment around and priorities for the remainder of the Implementation process.  This is accomplished with the management team before making any changes at the site(s).  It is management's job to decide on what work elements they want as a feature of their work management processes and when they want it by.   A cross-functional team in the next step of Implementation, the Deliberation Process may then decide how best to accomplish this and who is best to do the work.  This is the underlying principal behind Management Expectations.

Key Benefits

bulletConsensus Alignment between top management on goals and objectives of the improvement effort.
bulletClear Prioritization about what work processes improvements are the most important.
bulletClear Scope about what is to be included in the improvement process and what is out of scope.
bulletCommitment by upper management to complete the improvement process despite the inevitable implementation issues and resistance to change.
