Deliberation

The RMG Deliberation Process is designed to build upon the goals and objectives built by the leadership team during the Management Expectations Process. A cross-functional team from the plant/enterprise is the next step of Implementation. Deliberation Process team members will decide how best to accomplish these goals and objectives and who is best to do the work.

Key Benefits

	Engage a cross-functional plant/enterprise team to develop what a "better process" looks like.
	Communicate daily results of the Deliberation Session to the entire organization so understanding, buy-in and ownership of the new processes can begin prior to field implementation.
	Openly discuss how to address the obstacles, problems and roadblocks to a successfully implementing the proposed solutions before these solutions are tested in the field.

	Develop an Implementation Plan to address objectives and obstacles.
	Identify Implementation Resource and Organization requirements.
	Decide on the metrics and indicators to measure success.
	Ensure Commitment by management to complete the improvement process despite the inevitable implementation issues and resistance to change.
