Deliberation
The RMG Deliberation Process is designed to
build upon the goals and objectives built by the leadership team during the
Management Expectations Process. A cross-functional team
from the plant/enterprise is the next step of Implementation. Deliberation Process
team members will decide how best
to accomplish these goals and objectives and who is best to do the
work.
